This design, in celebration of women, is a quote from the Chi Omega Fraternity Symphony and calls all women to act "womanly" always and to never let the world stop you. For "womanly" does not have to mean mean, meager, or weak! "Womanly" is strong, independent, intelligent and fierce! Go Women!
